In case you still experience difficulty in removing your entry, please reply back to automatically sent email. One of our Customer Care representatives will answer your follow-up email shortly (it won’t be an automated reply). In the email, please include your full name, city, and state or simply send us the URL (link) of the profile you’d like to be removed. This information is needed to make sure that we are removing specifically your records.
If you prefer to opt out by phone, please call our member care department at +1(209) 251 13 02. Our representatives will locate your record and remove it immediately.
In case you haven’t received a reply from Nuwber in a reasonable time, please check your spam folder to make sure Nuwber emails aren't there.
